FAQs

Do you report to CE Broker?

Yes, we report all course completions to CE Broker within just a few days of completion (usually daily M-F). Please make sure that your profile indicates the state that you are licensed in and includes the correct license number format. You can verify this from the My Professions tab of your account dashboard. Click here to learn more about CE Broker.

Do you report to ASHA? (For SLPs & Audiologists only)

Yes, we report to ASHA monthly as long as you checked "yes" to ASHA reporting and provided your 8-digit ASHA number in your account profile. You can check your status from the My Professions tab of your account. Just click on the profession listed and a box will open where you can verify your details. You can expect to see your completed courses posted to your ASHA transcript by the end of the month following the completion.

* December ReportingASHA Certification is aware that CEUs completed in December may not be reported until the next calendar year. ASHA Certification allows 60 days from the end of December for ASHA members to file. Rest assured once reported, the ASHA CEUs earned will reflect the date you took the course, not the date it was posted to your official ASHA CE Registry transcript (which may be the next calendar year). You are still required to submit your Certification Maintenance Compliance Form on or before December 31 of the year your interval is completed. Click here to learn more.

Can I register if I don't have a license number?

Yes, absolutely! Our enrollment form requires that something be entered in the license field, but you can enter "N/A" or "Student" or whatever you would like. Please note that whatever you put here will appear on your certificate of completion.

How do your courses work?

The majority of our courses are "Online" text-based PDF documents that require reading and completing an online CE test and evaluation. After ordering, your courses are immediately available from your My Account tab and will have links allowing you to download and/or print the CE test and course materials. We recommend printing the test to mark your answers on it while reading the course document. Then, when ready to receive credit, click the Take CE Test link to submit online for instant scoring. Complete the evaluation and print your certificate. It's that easy. :)

Is the test open-book?

Yes, absolutely! We recommend printing the test to mark your answers on it while you read/watch/listen (depending on course format) to the course materials. Then submit online when ready to receive credit. The online test allows you 3 chances to pass, with 80% required. If you don't pass on the first try, the system will show you which answers you missed so you can make corrections and try again.

How long do I have to complete courses?

For all professions except for SLPs, you will have 3 years from purchase date to complete courses, and this can be extended if needed. For SLPs, you have until the ASHA expiration date posted in the CE Information on each course page. ASHA does not allow us to offer extensions, so please make note of the expiration date.

Can I view my test results?

Yes, absolutely! There is a link to view your test results on the page where you see your test score, and you can always view from the My History tab of your account dashboard.

Are your courses approved for my state/profession?

Each licensing board has their own rules and regulations. Click here to check your State CE Requirements.
