Professional Development Resources is accredited by the entities listed below to offer continuing education for the professions listed. We recommend that you check with your licensing board to ensure our accreditations are applicable for your renewal requirements.

Counselors
Professional Development Resources (PDR) has been approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 5590. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. PDR is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
Professional Development Resources is CE Broker compliant (#50-1635 – all courses are reported within two business days of completion). Professional Development Resources, Inc. is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Mental Health Practitioners as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed mental health counselors (#MHC-0135).
Marriage & Family Therapists (MFTs)
Professional Development Resources is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Professional Development Resources maintains responsibility for all programs and content. Professional Development Resources is also approved by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC ACEP #5590); the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB #1046, ACE Program); the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Mental Health Practitioners as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed marriage and family therapists (#MFT-0100); the Texas Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists (#114); and is CE Broker compliant (#50-1635 – all courses are reported within two business days of completion).
Nutritionists & Dietitians
Professional Development Resources offers CPEUs in accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration’s CPEU Prior Approval Program.

Occupational Therapists (OTs)
Professional Development Resources is an AOTA Approved Provider of professional development. Course provider ID #3159. The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA.

Psychologists & School Psychologists
Professional Development Resources is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Professional Development Resources maintains responsibility for all programs and content.

Professional Development Resources, Inc. is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Psychology as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed psychologists (#PSY-0145).
Social Workers
Professional Development Resources, #1046, is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE provider approval period: 6/12/2022 – 6/12/2025.

Professional Development Resources, Inc. is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers (#SW-0664). Professional Development Resources is also approved by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners (#5678).
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
Professional Development Resources is approved by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) as an approved provider of continuing education (#AAUM). ASHA CEUs are awarded by the ASHA CE Registry upon receipt of our monthly completion report. The date that appears on ASHA transcripts is the last day of the month in which the course was completed.

ASHA Reporting: We report to ASHA monthly as long as you check the box to “Submit Credits to ASHA” and provide your 8-digit ASHA account number under the Licensee Details of your account dashboard.
ASHA does not accept requests that are over a year old. We highly encourage you to check your ASHA transcript within 90 days of your course completion to ensure that your credits have been posted.
If you do NOT check “Submit Credits to ASHA” and decide later that you would like your credits reported, you will need to submit a Participant Appeal on the ASHA website.
Teachers
Certificate of Completion
You will be able to access and print a completion certificate from your account once you complete your course(s). Your completion certificate will reflect the name of the course you completed and the number of hours it represents.
Are your courses accepted at my school? Can I receive CEUs (Continuing Education Credits) or clock hours?
Because each district has its own policies regarding course eligibility, always double-check with your district or department of education regarding eligibility for credit before enrolling in a course. Continuing education is the final decision of your school district, continuing education committee, or other relevant authority. PDR does not guarantee acceptance by your school, district or licensing authority.
