First Visit to our New Website?

If you are a returning customer, you will need to reset your password on your first visit to access your account. Current security standards require a 12-digit passcode with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. We realize this can be annoying – but no one consulted us. 😉

* If you have a yahoo email address – the reset password link will likely not reach you (we are trying to figure out why). But if you’ll contact us, we will reset your password for you.

Access My Account

  1. Login to your account (you can reset your password if needed).
  2. Hover your mouse over the Account tab at the top right of the screen:

My Account

My Courses will take you into the learning dashboard where you can access current and completed courses.

My Courses

You can use the highlighted drop-down box to show only courses in progress or select “past” to view completed ones. You can also use the search box to type in the name of a course to find it faster. Then click on the course image to open it.

My Professions will take you to the user dashboard where you can edit your password, address, and license information.

* Please verify your profession/license information before completing any courses. Certificates will display only what is provided before completion.

My Certificates will take you to the completed courses page. Click Download Certificate to open, download, and/or print (to printer or to PDF):

My Certificates

In Progress…

CE Hours: We are working on adding the number of CE hours for each course to both the My Courses and My Certificates pages and expect to have that implemented by end of year.

Re-Enrollment: We are also working on allowing re-enrollment in courses that you have already completed (for required courses like ethics and medical errors). We also expect this to be working by end of year.

New Courses: We have quite a few new courses getting ready to be activated in the new year. We have new format options available and are excited to try those out and see how you like them. Stay tuned!
