About Our Courses:
We offer 3 types of online courses to meet your CE needs:
- Text-Based: Courses require reading a PDF document that can be saved and/or printed, and the CE test is open book (you can print the test to mark your answers on it while reading the course document). Now on our new website, future text-based courses will be provided in HTML format.
- Video: You can view course videos right from your account wherever you have internet service. The CE test is open book (you can print the test to mark your answers on it while watching the course videos).
- Audio: You can listen to the audio from your account or download to your phone or tablet to listen on the go. The CE test is open book (you can print the test to mark your answers on it while listening to the course).
Successful completion involves passing an online test (80% required, 3 chances to take) and we ask that you also complete a brief course evaluation.

Reporting Credit to Professional Associations
The only agencies to which we report course completions are ASHA and CE Broker (detailed below). All other licensees are required to keep records of their continuing education activity for use in the event of an audit. Most boards recommend keeping this documentation for 4 to 5 years, but please check with your own licensing board for specific requirements.
- ASHA (for Speech-Language Pathologists): We report to ASHA monthly as long as you check the box to “Submit Credits to ASHA” and provide your 8-digit ASHA account number under the Licensee Details of your account dashboard. The date that appears on ASHA transcripts is the last day of the month in which the course was completed. ASHA does not accept requests that are over a year old. We highly encourage you to check your ASHA transcript within 90 days of your course completion to ensure that your credits have been posted. If you do NOT check “Submit Credits to ASHA” and decide later that you would like your credits reported to ASHA, you will need to submit a Participant Appeal on the ASHA website.
- CE Broker: We report all courses to CE Broker within two business days of completion (usually daily M-F). Please ensure that your profile indicates the state that you are licensed in and includes the correct license number format. You can verify this from your account dashboard.
