Joyce Donahue, MA, RD, LD/N
About the Author
Joyce Donahue, MA, RD, LD/N, has been a dietitian since 1974, graduating from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. degree and later receiving her M.A. degree from New York University. For the past 20+ years Joyce has had a successful private practice and nutritional consulting business. Clients have included nursing homes, hospitals, physicians and their patients, health clubs, business and industry, as well as individual clients. She has also taught undergraduate and graduate courses at Florida International University in Miami.
