Refund PolicyWe do not offer preview of materials without payment; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your money for uncompleted* mail order courses if materials are returned to us in new condition within 30 days after you receive them. In the case of uncompleted* test only or online courses, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of the date on which you purchased the course. Shipping & handling fees, instant rebates and applied coupons will be deducted from the amount of your refund. *A course is considered to be complete once the test has been submitted for grading, whether or not a passing score was achieved. All mail order courses are shipped from Eastern Standard Time Zone on the business day following that on which you placed your order. We offer the following 3 methods of domestic shipping for your convenience:
Media Mail - Average 5-15 day delivery time, not guaranteed. $7 for the first item and $1 for each additional item
UPS Ground - Average 3-5 day delivery time, not guaranteed. $17 for the first item and $1 for each additional item
UPS 2nd Business Day - Guaranteed in 2 business days from ship date. $22 for the first item and $1 for each additional item
